New York is an increasingly attractive city for tech companies, but it's missing one thing: Web Developers.
This week was an accomplishment. I spent 1 hour making a navigation bar.
We had been working on understanding how HTML and CSS compliments each other using examples in class, and challenges throughout the week, but this was my first bit of code that I thought of and formatted on my own. I know – it doesn’t seem like much, but it was such a wonderful feeling of achievement! With the help of Google, in just 2 weeks, I had a basic understanding of HTML and CSS to finally understand what tutorials and online resources were teaching.
Here’s a peek at what i did to change my initial list <li>, into a navigation bar!
It’s been fun to see how there are so many different ways to write code, for the same end results!
